Kitty Brewster farm today is located between the River Blyth, Blyth Riverside Business Park and the A189 Dual Carriageway.

It is believed that parts of the farm may have been lost to the widening of the A189. Indeed, the site as shown in Malcolm Sanders research note has been bisected by the A189. Mr Sanders observation in his notes about the site may have been used for homeless families matches the history of the site as told by a man I found working there. He said locally the site was known for its use in housing children and others, but he had no information on the sites use with regards to PoWs

The site as it exists today is made up of a mixture of stables, Scaffold Hire and Recycling centre with the visible remains of a what may be a single hut base. It is also dominated by a large number of overhead power cables and towers. In viewing the site, I came across what were probably Hut Bases next to and running under but not quite lining up with the various that can be found on the modern site.
